Tacos/rice

Hello all. We had a great week. The weather was chilly but we had a good time cooking as a group on Thursday. On Thursday Ben Sagan hosted dinner and made Tacos for the class. We used both Chicken and ground beef. The toppings we had were lettuce, cheese, salsa, and sour cream.

The taco ingredients and shells.

In my taco I put lettuce, cheese, sour cream, and salsa. I used a soft taco shell. I normally like the soft taco shell. I like these ingredients because it was the best I ever had. I liked making tacos because it is an easy thing to make when you have lots to do. I might try these again in the future.

Elliot putting the ingredients into the topping bowls.

  3. I think the tacos look delicious. When we were grocery shopping on Thursday we saw some Doritos flavored hard taco shells. I bet those would have been good!
