Jordan's Waffles

Hello, and welcome back to another blog post for Cooking class this week. Today we will be talking about making waffles. In order to make waffles you need the proper ingredients, and we will be breaking down the process for waffles using Bisquick mix.

The first step is that you need two cups of original Bisquick.

The second step is you need 1 1/3 cups milk.

On the third step you need two tbsp vegetable oil.

And finally you need one egg.

When you put everything together in your mixing bowl you start stirring it and you want to make sure that you get rid of the lumps. After you are done stirring the batter, you put it in a waffle iron for 3 or 4 minutes to cook. It's also important to spray the waffle iron with oil or cooking spray so that the waffles won't stick to the waffle iron.

And that's all there is to making the awesome waffles!

Here is a photo of Ben & Mr. Jordan eating Clementines and Jordan holding banana's that we ate.

Thank you for reading this blog and we hope that this makes you hungry.

  1. Jordan is the king of making breakfast! He has been making pancakes and waffles since he was in Kindergarten. Cooking and baking have always been two of his favorite activities, just like his dad (cooking) and his mom and sister (baking).
