Breakfast Pizza

Hello everyone! We continued the breakfast trend this week. The host today was Elliot, who made breakfast pizza. We used pre-made pizza crusts, eggs, pre-cooked bacon, and cheese.

The first thing we did was make scrambled eggs. We cracked eggs into a bowl, and added some milk with a little bit of salt and pepper. Then you mix them up and put them into a frying pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Elliot is a master egg cracker!

We cooked the eggs until they weren't runny anymore.

We spread some olive oil on the crust.

Then we spread out the cooked eggs on the pizza crust.

Next we added the bacon.

Lastly we spread some cheese around on top of everything else.

We made two pizzas. We put one on a cookie sheet, and Mr. Jordan put one directly on the rack. We had to switch them around halfway though cooking so that they cooked evenly.

Here is the finished pizza being cut! Looks tasty!

Here is Evan enjoying some breakfast pizza and socializing.

NOM-NOM-NOM!

    1. This looks like it was a different recipe than the one we made at Ronald McDonald House. Did you think this one was easier or harder Andrew?
