Pumpkin Snickerdoodles!

Hello everyone! Ellie was the host this week and made pumpkin snickerdoodle cookies. They were fun to make and great to eat! Here is a link to the recipe

The first thing we did was mix the dry ingredients (flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and nutmeg).

Next we added butter, canned pumpkin, vanilla, and eggs.

We used an electric hand mixer to stir everything up. We all took a turn learning how to use it.

Here is Jordan mixing the cookies, he is doing a great job!

After it was all mixed up, we had to roll the dough into one inch balls. Here is Evan rolling out some cookies.

In a separate bowl, we rolled the dough balls around in cinnamon and sugar.

Then we put the cookies on a greased pan and made criss-cross marks with a fork.

Here is a picture of the awesome cookies that we made.
